What data we process
This website has no user accounts and does not collect personal data through its own forms. The contact page form only prepares a message that your browser opens in WhatsApp or your email app; the data reaches the firm only after you send it.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or telephone, we process the data you provide, such as your name, contact details and description of your case.
What we use the data for
We respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, provide the legal services requested. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps at your request, performance of the contract and compliance with legal and professional obligations applicable to legal practice.
Retention
We retain the data for as long as necessary for the purposes above and the applicable legal and professional obligations.

This website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and maps. When you open those links, each service's privacy policy applies. The website itself does not load third-party resources.
Your rights
